Conference

NLP(Neuro Linguistic Programming) specialist Ayşen Turna gave a conference about "psychological reflections of verbal communication with foreigners" on May,21st. Summary of her speech is above.

COMMUNICATION RULES FOR FOREIGNERS
Our world is the world of communication now. Dialogue is two kinds. The first one is being reconciled with ones inner world and knowing what you expect from life. The second one is having a good dialogue with the society in order to realize his/her expectations.

Dialogue is possible with effective and positive communication. Not ideas but emotions are important in the sense of communication. If you take into account the feelings of other people, if you can impress them, the communication will be more positive. To be able to communicate positively, we must take into consideration the following issues:

Do not criticize.
Accept your mistake.
Do not argue.
Do not say “No”.
Do not overestimate yourself and do not despise others.
Make sure your appearance.
Be energetic.
Your gestures and mimics mustn’t be artificial.
Make compliment.
Give them the advantage.
Be optimistic.
Distribute love and respect.
Make sure.
Set your tone.
Listening them is important.

We provide 15 keywords for effective and positive dialogue. If you use these keys, you'll see how your communication differences will be eliminated. You will understand not limits but smiling and making them smiling is important.
